Content : I decided to select Dircks Allied Van Lines because of all the guarantees that were made by the sales associate Dircks failed to finalize payment from our employer prior to our move date and due to the holidays our company was closed and we were calling franticly to remedy this since no one at Dircks was available to do this for us One of the movers stole my cell phone but we gave them the benefit of the doubt to see if they put it in a box which we would unpack later No such luck and then when we told our moving coordinator 3 days later after the holidays she said there is nothing they can do without a police report Unfortunatly out of state you cannot file the police report after the fact Then our specialty crated Plasma HGTV was damaged with a huge 4x11 black line in the picture screen and since there is no physical external damage it is not covered in the extra protection We filed a claim with Dircks Allied and both have denied the claim responsibility
