Content : This message is intended to alert customers on the type of person I encountered when I called the company I called and got a hold of an older male I told him I was calling through my list to get quotes on the cost of movers After hearing my voice he said Now I will try to speak perfect English pause because of your accent I was stunned and asked him what my accent had to do with trying to attain service He asked What country are you from Again I asked what that had to do with anything Then I told him his comment was inappropriate and he said he was trying to be humorous I told him I was deeply offended by his remarks and will take my business elsewhere He said okay

Content : I scheduled a move from Portland Oregon to Vancouver Washington which in reality is not very far I received a quote which seemed reasonable and was told I would receive a call 24 48 hours prior to let me know what time the movers would arrive I had to call All My Sons to find out the time as I did not receive a call The workers arrived and did a great job They never stopped moving When it came time to settle up I was charged for an additional hour due to travel time which was not on the original quote nor the paperwork I signed that morning I did not argue with the workers as I understood it to be an office issue When I called the office manager was extremely rude and would not allow me to speak with his manager Going through the corporate office I did eventually receive resolution of 1 2 hour credit back to my card however due to my experience I would provide warning to others if they use All My Sons of hidden charges
